Entering his 20th season, Tim Searight is returning to the 18G level after spending the last two years at the development level.  He brings with him years of success in preparing players to play at the collegiate level and have success there. He has experience in the recruiting process and has helped many players onto the next level, including the NCAA D1 level. Tim wants players who want to face the best to become the best, wherever that may take them.  He wants players who have a competitive nature, who have a love and passion for the game who want to not only become better players but players who are students of the game.

NW RAMPAGE 18G is geared to help our players to play and have success at the college level.  We will play the highest level of competition that we can, with the goal every year of attending Alliance Nationals and we will have a heavy showcase schedule throughout the year, including TCS, USAP, Alliance and Superior.
