My name is Josh, and I will be coaching the new Rampage Rippers 14u team. I grew up playing baseball from tee ball through high school age. After my playing days, I wanted to stay active in the sport, so I continued on with coaching baseball for a few years. When my daughter was of age, I moved over to coach Softball and have been doing this now for several years.
We are looking for hard-working, positive, fun-loving softball players and their families to join our team. Our goal is to continue developing fundamentals, knowledge of the game, and to prepare them for that next level, all while adding in some fun and nurturing the team's bond! We are looking to add a group of girls who will be committed, coachable, have great attitudes, be versatile, determined, and ready to work to be the best softball player they can be.
